Inspirations

I spend a lot of time outside and on the water. I'm drawn to the colour combinations given in different light and different seasons. The photographs here are all my own.

The sketches initially came from a Google search for nude sketches. They include some Van Hove, Degas and Jillette. These are printed out and on my art room wall. They inspire me in how beautifully rendered the female form is. They are a reminder that clean simplicity can be every bit as effective as a masterpiece.
